Massive social program? The RAND study estimated approximately 8000 transgender service members for all branches both active duty and reserve. That's a mountain out of a molehill.

I'm sorry, but every time someone mentions "Tucker" discussing transgender people it makes me snicker a little because I'm immature. Makes me picture Tucker screaming, "IT PUTS THE LOTION IN THE BASKET!"
