Someone finally realized they could start other investigations to start tallying the base and distract more from the current ones.
Imagine how many of these would already be going on if Clinton had won!
Also it might make the POTUS stop tweeting about it and work on some legislation.
Right after this weekend of gold and his three week vacation that starts next week.
