I'm very much against for profit prisons, but it's not just a problem with how businesses work.

Any prison that is privately ran that is saying they have to have more prisoners or will close will get grief from me.

If state run prisons are running out of prisoners they can downsize, ship in from other states, whatever.

The core of this article and my problem is that this is a private prison and they serve as another example why we don't need these.
