This isn't a dystopian movie where everything will go to shit.
Instead they create new rules that allow them to seize control of land if a prairie dog lives on it. Or stop building of a home if a rare bird took a shit there 5 years ago and is never actually seen there. Or if there is a temporary marsh/wetland on private land....
But yeah. Grade A group man.
