The Green Party is more about consumer and worker rights. Essentially, take the things that the Democrats have left behind after abandoning the New Deal and becoming Republican Lite and make that into a party, and there you have it. I think that is why we are seeing that. They are going to be more left than Trump and establishment Republicans on on social issues, but the populist messaging Trump espouses will appeal to them. Unfortunately, what he has done policy-wise doesn't match up, but still.
