They are here illegally.   They broke the law to come here and have shown no desire to correct themselves within the law.  

Immigration law is not difficult to follow.   Do it right and they will be welcome.  Come here by hook and crook and expect us to bend over backwards to accept their illegal choices.

1) Because they went out and applied and got the job from an employer.

2) Yes.  And they have done more than many legal citizens to work hard to better themselves and give back to society.

3).  It is difficult when it is so backlogged.  That is why there is this program so that so many signed up for knowing that they were shining a light on themselves in the hope that at some point their efforts would be rewarded.

4) None of that refutes the facts posted in the photo.
