When .00001% of interactions between LEO's and everyday citizens goes as it should, meaning no misconduct occurred, you have to wonder about the mindset of the people who are hyperfocused on that .00001%.
I wonder what the percentage is when a minority is the everyday citizen?
Because it seems THAT is what gets the most attention because it happens more often than with a non-minority.
