Heavily Taxed Norway, Has $1t Fund

According to this report published by the United Nations, Norway is the happiest country on the planet. It's not just a 2017 thing either, as they are steadily in the top 5.

Now, I'm sure that some of the things that are measured by the report are not things that some here would gauge their own happiness by (GDP per capita, social support, life expectancy, freedom of choice, corruption, mental health, physical health, etc....), but it seems like good criteria to me.

This isn't to say that I'd want to spend 55% of my measlies on taxes, but still, happiness is pretty much the final goal, right? Seems like they may be doing ok....
