If the infrastructure is built and we start using sun wind and water and other renewable sources for power we would show energy dominance.
I always used to like the idea of using up other countries fossil fuels first. Using ours up as fast a possible is not a good thing imo. Using up our resources as fast as possible so a select few get rich beyond belief doesnt seem like the emergy dominance plan that benefits me most in the long run.
