The majority of Ukraine east of Kiev want a good relationship shop with Russia. Crimea voted to go to Russia. Kiev is the only Real area pushing to be part of Europe. Kharkiv is very pro Russia.
The reality is if you had a vote In most of these former Soviet states they would vote for a trade union with Russia again.
Georgia was a different deal. Odd place
Since everyone here now loves trade unions that form their own collective armies then why not allow these former Soviet states to come together and have common defense.
