One side can be willing to have a conversation, but sometimes the other side is not. This is where interpersonal communications methods can take us a step further as we attempt to bring more people to the conversation. It won't work for everyone, but it's a good place to start.

No one is changing their minds over thanksgiving. To think so is naive.
