So to summarize, a prostitute with a pimp is by definition an unwilling participant which would make any trick rape regardless of age which of course you can use even lethal force to stop, and therefore any prostitute with a pimp may use whatever force is necessary to stop it. So any prostitute with a pimp can kill any John.
