Win a playoff)Beat the Steelers at least once a year. (would go for both times but asking too much)
Recognize when you have made a bad pick in the draft Don;t Keep them around if they are not producing just because they were taken inthe 1st round.
Try and keep some of the old guys that are still playing and get rid of the ones that are not.
Find a Quarter back that can take us to the next level.
make season tickets cheaper until the team wins a superbowl
The hot chick idea is a good one that way if the game goes south they could put her on the jumbotron
Last when it is 3rd and 8 Throw the ball 8 yards not 6.
