Sort of like a used car salesman.  Sells you on the sticker price and then once you get your checkbook out he starts mentioning all those hidden fees and upcharges and mandatory options and blah blah blah.  Ah well, build the wall I guess and keep on printing more money to pay for it.  On and on.
