Planned Parenthood has to maintain lobbyist just to ensure their continued existence. I am sure they view this as another PR attack against them so they have to fight back.
The legislature here in Tennessee has attempted to regulate abortion out of existence because they do not believe in following the law that makes abortion legal. This is just another step in that Direction. Sexton is one of the worst. He wants a government 100% controlled by Christian dogma.
