Just ignore it. You were 100% on topic. Devote that energy towards people interested in furthering conversation and not just desperately looking for a gotcha in every thread. 

The general consensus is "I hope this isn't another ploy, because if it's not it's a great thing". At that point, it's just a waiting game.
