Interesting idea. I've seen similar things at teamwork building events. It's good to gauge yourself, get to know others and where they're coming from, and how people view themselves. I'll even go a step further and list something that would be the biggest detriment in ZA.

Creative problem solving
Used to leading small teams dealing with large projects
Attention to detail
Outstanding cook (hey, somebody's got to make all the pork and beans taste good)
Avid backwoods camper
Can read aerial and topographical maps
Proficient in making crude animal traps (snares, pits, fish box)
Decent at construction
