I think it is a good thing we are talking to NK. I just don't trust Trump to do it. He doesn't seem smart enough to handle diplomacy. All he does is get mad a squeal at anyone who does not agree with him.

And how the hell can we proved "security guarantees" to both NK and SK? That makes no sense at all.

Maybe Trump thinks we can get them to go back to war and then sell arms to both sides.
