In this case it looks like the facts that would support a rape or sexual assualt charge are kind of sketchy.
If she is charged with rape, I wonder if the defense brings up what the guy was wearing.
(Not making light of the question, as it used to be raised in rape cases where women are victims. Just wondering how the role reversal might change perceptions and questions in court.)
