If no taxpayer funds were used, not a big deal.

Personally, any of the offices I've managed have had a strict "no running for office" policy. It sends a bad image and presents likely conflicts of interest for a news agency to have an elected official working there (even in this case of volunteering there). But Fox probably isn't super worried about looking impartial.
