Versus Cruz who was an incumbent in a state that almost never votes Democrat.
It was an uphill battle...and to get as close as he did seems to mean he ran a pretty good campaign.
I don't think so. I'm just repeating back some things I read, but there are strategies and how to spend the money etc. I don't really have a horse in this argument, I just thought I'd spit back some of what I read, because I had been rather unfamiliar until the last couple of days.
