An excellent point that was (deliberately?) omitted from OP. It's rather odd that no one is commenting on this rather key difference in the way this was presented versus the reality of the situation. Trump is bellicose and immature, that doesn't excuse equally immature behavior from others. Well, apparently it does for some of us.
