I have a philosophical disagreement with tax breaks for one company while the others don't get any, but it would probably be pretty stupid to govern that way based on reality.  Sometimes you swallow your ideology. 

Edit:  People act like this is Walmart coming in to shutdown mom and pop stores.  This is a headquarters.

You'd also be talking about housing increases that would effectively price out a significant portion of that community.  

There were a lot of people that didn't want HQ2 moving anywhere near their city.
