I heard something over the weekend about the crazy amount of money that was going to need to be spent on infrastructure to handle all those people moving around the New York area.  From classrooms to transportation.  And all while giving money away for the privilege.

Same with Denver.  AMZ wanted to be there.  Ton of upside for them, geography, talent pool, etc.

Problem is, Denver's housing market can't sustain the growth of the past 10 years as is.  Add a crumbling infrastructure and the horrendous government service funding laws and that deal quickly becomes an exercise stuffing 15 lbs of shit in a 10 lb bag.
