i say, you get past 65 - 66; you're immediately picked up and flown to an isolated community where you live out the rest of your days. they can have jobs there feeding one another and tabulating bingo scores, but leave the important stuff ( E.G. policy that will affect humanity ) to those who still care.
Even better, put a chip in their hands that turns red at 65 and then they can go to Carousel.
