There's an anti-abortion movie out. VP Pence used his official Twitter account to promote the account for the movie and included a tweet that had a Qanon reference in it.
Then the movie account started tweeting a bunch of Q stuff...until someone said something about it and they deleted them.
tl;dr Pence forwarded a crazy conspiracy tweet in the name of being anti abortion.
