So, that Barr summary of the report? Turns out Mueller wasn't too keen on it and let Barr know, before Barr testified before Congress that he didn't know Mueller's opinions on Barr's summary.

These statements resurfaced Tuesday following the revelation that Mueller had sent a letter to Barr two weeks earlier objecting to the attorney general’s characterization of the probe.

I should note, this is slimey, but not actual perjury from my point of view. Just so we are clear.
