First, I've always said abortion should be an option in cases involving a crime and if these Bills provide no such previsions the legislature should be ashamed and should be challenged in court.  

Secondly how do we know she is forced, forced to keep the child? Perhaps she wants to.  Seems less misleading wording would be "abortion is not an option".
