Those are three rather definitive sources for our language, which is something I think all, or at least most, of us could agree to. Out of those three, the camps at the southern border could fit within the definition of two of them. The bolded part in the first one sets them apart from how Encyclopedia Britannica defines them. I would say that based on this it is a bit hasty to chastise AOC for the use of the term given how it could fit within those definitions.
