I mean, concentration camps have happened numerous times in history, including Japanese internment camps here in the US. I don't deny the phrase refers to past events, but I don't see how that makes her statement inaccurate in any way.
And who is climbing walls to get into concentration camps? They're climbing walls to get into this country, not to spend their days in these camps. But that requires a little intellectual honesty to see.
