Yea, if you no longer have to pay a premium and the increase in taxes isn't higher than that premium (or if the benefits are superior to what your insurance that you paid a premium for provided, which medicare for all theoretically is).

Alternatively, they could also use the money they already collect more efficiently or effectively to serve the people who they collect that money from.
