Trump wants to start charging stores to accept food stamps

Seeing as a buttload of food stamps are used at Wal Marts, I'm skeptical Trump is going to get away with causing such a giant headache to another gazillionaire family. I can see the narrative now "Trump is punishing America's hardest-working, most successful, and job-creating people with this absurd example of big government regulation and interference in the free-market. Expect jobs to be lost and more people to be put on food stamps. Thanks a lot, Trump."
