I am all for rooting out fraud.  I am not all for hurting those in need to catch a couple people.  Nor am I for it in this program that helps people when we are not focused on much larger areas of spending.

What's a good plan?
Should they return home and file?
How many years will it take?
How much money?
Will criminals be allowed to stay as well?
Where's the line, those that crossed the SSN line by committing fraud can/can not stay?

Yes I have a plan, I've explained it in parts before. But I'm asking you your plan since you seem so passionate about it. Convince me, I"M LISTENING.
