In addition to expanding free lunch, more communities need hubs in the summer for lunch for any and all kids. A lot of kids only get one hot meal a day during the school year. 

Not to get to nit picky, but what's the normal amount of hot meals in a day?  We weren't poor and I had cereal for breakfast, sandwich and snacks for lunch and then a cooked dinner.
