We've been through this a number of times with LBL.

Usually, the Forrest Service does what they want to do, but it's at least nice to get the decision makers in front of the people they serve, who get to vent. It inevitably turned into a chance to discuss other issues where the Forrest Service isn't holding up their end, either. Here, the FS is required to keep roads to cemeteries clean and passable. They haven't done that. One thing that came out of the discussions a few years back was that the service agreed to start doing a better job of that. And they have.
