I wouldn't be surprised if a few people in the trump administration face charges when his time is over.
And mostly likely, they'll be pardoned by whoever comes next as part of a deal to pass "x" legislation. It works for both sides. The next administration gets something they want and to show they're nonpartisan. And the people who broke the rules get away with breaking rules.
