It was anyone seen as a "critic" of DJT.
BLM, Kathy Griffin,Adam Schiff, Peter Fonda, John McCain, Maxine Waters, Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton.
That sends a bit of a different message than "fake news bad".
Although I can see how it could still be tied to "free speech".
