And this is essentially what I'm saying. It's time to take a turn in where this team is heading, time to reorganize. Most likely we're not gonna run roughshod over the NFL. Most likely there's going to be little change in the coaching staff. 

Standing pat with the bulk of the team makes little sense. Let ZT start building his team if you're gonna keep him as HC.
