Thanks for quoting me and showing I did exactly as I said; not as you said. In my teachings No. You must confess your sins. I have no issue with telling folks they are acting contrary to my beliefs. I haven't shied away from that once in this exchange. If we are talking about the same incident he said maybe he does (confess/ask) when he take communion:

I'm unsure how many more times I can say it. In my teaching a Christian should be reborn everyday and if Trump (or ANYONE not named Trump) asked me I'd tell him/her the same. But that same person may tell me to read Romans 10:1-11
