We just don't have the 2013 and 2015 coaches. So it's hard to argue what his success would look like now.

This offense staff has no experience. No one has ever called plays outside of ZT. And he's never had any success (I wasn't for firing him, but I was for getting someone as an Offensive assistant/Assistant HC Offense with some play calling experience and success. Which they didn't even consider).
