Eh, I dunno.
It's trivial most likely, but I'm assuming the bio mom brought the issue up? As a parent I wouldn't want a naked adult running around in front of my kids. I don't walk around the house with my dong hanging out. One, because my kids don't need to see that. And, two, I don't want to break any furniture or accidentally maim one of the pets. 20 pounds of swinging Jimmy would break a lot of lamps.
