It's only a big deal if they don't have time to prepare. Its muscle memory so if you changing sides it takes some time to get used to every being opposite but as for actually changing it isnt a big deal.

During the season though it's tough when they get flipped to the other side. You will hear players say it's easier to go from LG to LT than LG to RT.
