I've got a full face respirator that doesn't prevent me from looking people in the eye, so #1 is the most obvious bullshit.

#2 is super irrelevant, considering he could've been infected since his last test.

#3 is the most bold faced, since apparently there are signs EVERY GOD DAMNED WHERE saying that visitors must wear masks.

And people still defend these assholes? I mean, they know they can still support them AND call them on their bullshit, right?
