There's no plan and I don't believe there's going to be one. I remember when Obama, in his first term, called a round table discussion with the Republicans and ask for their input on his plan, McConnell had his arms folded and didn't say a word. They had no plan then and have no plan now. Later, when Republicans tried to repeal the ACA, a dying John McCain knew they had no plan and gave Mitch the big 'ol thumbs down. The ACA is not perfect by no means, but instead of trying to fix it, the Republicans have been trying to kill it since the beginning. I guess they think 47 million Americans with no health insurance wasn't a problem, that or they're in the pocket of the big insurance companies. To Trumps credit, he did just sign an executive order to get the cost of prescription drugs down, it's an election year, so he's trying to throw the dog a bone. "Gentleman! We have to protect our "phoney-baloney" jobs!"
