Fauci stated crowding, for whatever reason, particularly when not wearing a mask contributes to the spread of the virus.
What Fauci avoided was a debate on limiting constitutional rights like freedom to assemble. Why didn’t Jordan ask him if we should limit church attendance? Rhetoric. What are Fauci’s opinions on limiting freedom of religion?
Rioters are being arrested. They do not get a free pass.

Some “rioters” even get beaten for not rioting in which case their not even a rioter.
