Did they not have access or were there other circumstances? Maybe they need to help support there family. Maybe they have a kid of their own and can't take the time to go college. Maybe they just don't want to go to college. If someone has 3.5 GPA coming out of high school they are not flipping burgers because a college won't enroll them.
