I said yes. A brilliant Doctor can open a private practice and charge whatever they wants. That would limit the people able to afford his abilities and services.
That’s the system we have right now. So you can’t say doctors should be able to charge huge amounts and then expect to have any credibility when complaining about the huge amounts they charge for healthcare.
