I do not see an end to the litagation. It's not like they can kick it up to the Federal Courts for a ruling.
From what I understand, just because these states vote on these "legalization" issues doesn't really make them "legal"; they just state we are going to ignore the Federal Law that states it is illegal.
Of course I could be off-base on this; however, this is something we discussed a few months back in a Business Law class.
