I'm going to take the wait and see approach.
Like, let's wait until all his lawsuits are thrown out (which they will be, some already have been) and then we can re-evaluate how much damage he can do to the democratic process and transition to a new president.
I give it a 95% chance that these lawsuits fail, we get another metric ton of whiny tweets, there will be rumors that he will "refuse to leave" on January 20th, and then, when January 20th finally comes around he either leaves with no fanfare (maybe over night) or, worst case, he is escorted out by secret service with him whining and eventually tweeting about how this is no way to treat a president and the media (by which he means the secret service) treats him very unfairly.
Now, the 5% is where we need to start to worry but I can't really speak to that until I see just how far Trump is willing to take this little charade of his.
