The killer is, they also allowed 4.7 ypc in '18 with Marvin/Austin, same as they did in '19.  That would indicate that it is more of a personnel issue than a scheme issue.


Could be. The last time the Bengals had a respectable run defense, Peko was the NT and MJ was the RDE, which was in 2016.
We know both of those guys were good against the run.
